World Travel Service Limited was established in 1947 as the very first travel agency in Thailand. We are now the best and most experienced inbound travel agency in this country. World Travel Service Limited arrange private and seat-in-coach sightseeing tours, packages, airport transfers, accommodation booking and flight ticket. We also operates tours in partnership with many of the world’s leading travel agencies.

World Travel Service Limited’s tour desks are located in most of Thailand’s leading hotels and resorts. We also have our own offices in Chiang Mai, Hua Hin/Cha-Am, Koh Samui, Phuket and Krabi.


Our Mission


Everything you could possibly look for in a travel agency in an exotic country like Thailand is at your service: daily sightseeing tours, airport transfers, flight reservations, hotel accommodations, visa services, private or group package tours to major tourist destinations. Moreover we offer incentive tours and full arrangement for conferences and conventions.


Tour Guides


World Travel Service's tour guides care deeply our about clients’ comfort and enjoyment. All of our tour guides, extremely knowledgeable about Thailand's history and culture, are fully trained by the Tourism Authority of Thailand in co-operation with major universities. We are eager to show you as much as possible of Thailand’s rich heritage.


Customer Help Services


World Travel Service's tour desks are located in major hotels in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Hua Hin/Cha-Am, Phuket, Koh Samui and Krabi, and are open from 08.00 until 21.30 hrs everyday (in some destinations upcountry, until 18.00 hrs). Passengers may contact our representative at these desks for information and assistance. Passengers’ arrival/departure flights, as well as their individual or group tour arrangements, are always sent to the relevant tour desks in advance so that extra care can be given to each passenger.
