Payment

All services must be pre-paid within 2 days once reservation has been made. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment will be listed as “World Travel Service Limited” on the credit card statement. We will charge in THB at the conversion’s rate applicable on the date of your booking.



Voucher Issue

- All information regarding the travelers must be correctly given at the time of booking.

- All requests for amendments must be sent by e-mail to World Travel Service Limited at tours@wts-thailand.

- World Travel Service Limited cannot be held responsible for any problem that may happen if you don’t receive or read carefully your confirmation / vouchers. In case you have not received your voucher, you must notify World Travel Service Limited at least 48 hours before the date of service.



Cancellation fees

Daily Tour / Airport Transfer (with duration of one day or less) and not including flight ticket or hotel accommodation.

CASE CANCELLATION FEE

Cancellation is made 4 calendars day before the service begin

No cancellation fee.

Cancellation within 3 calendar days before the service begin

We will charge at 50% of total cost as cancellation fee.

Cancellation the day of service or after

We will charge at 100% of total cost as cancellation fee (no refund).

Special Request / Private Tours / Package Tours and including flight ticket or hotel accommodation

Cancellation fee depending on each case.

Airline or hotel may charge a cancellation fee which must be passed on.



Refund

Refunds may take up to 6 weeks to process although this time frame cannot be guaranteed by World Travel Service Limited
