The highlight of this full-day excursion is a visit to the remote forest temple of Wat Pha Luangtabua. In these beautiful surroundings, dedicated Buddhist monks live with numerous wild animals including many tigers, which they take for walks every afternoon. This is one of the most extraordinary sights you will ever see in Thailand. In the morning, the tour visits the famous Bridge over the River Kwai and the newly opened War Museum, which contains a number of fascinating exhibits.

Tour participants are strongly advised not to wear bright colours especially red, pink and orange. Children under twelve must be strictly supervised by parents or guardians.
